    Student Material Pick Up Schedule

    Hello Parents / Guardians,

In preparation to close out the school year under the current conditions.  El Dorado will be open to allow for student materials to be picked up, Teachers and staff have gathered and prepared materials and made them available for pick up.  In order to keep everyone safe, staggered schedules throughout the week of May 26-May 29 in the morning have been set up. Please visit the school website or check with your child’s teacher to see your child’s scheduled time.

For everyone's safety, we will follow social distance measures.  Please only send one person to pick up materials.  All student materials will be bagged, labeled with student name, and organized by grade level and class in the auditorium.  You will enter through the auditorium front doors then exit out through the side auditorium door.  Please remember to wear masks.  As a reminder, we have scheduled times by grade level to minimize crowds.  However, you will be allowed to pick up all materials for all your children during one visit, this will minimize the need for multiple visits to the school site.  If you are not able to make it during your assigned time then you can pick up items on Friday, May 29 between 8:20-10:00 am.  Thank you for your understanding.  Stay safe and healthy.

    Saludos Padres / Guardianes,

Mantente seguro y saludable.
